Our Machinery
The HTS 2000CS 10 tonne screening machine can
transform waste construction rubble into useful aggregate for reuse or resale.
It is designed for high productivity applications (up to 350 tonne per hour)
where up to three grades of material can be segregated. It is mounted on drive
tracks fitted with rubber blocks which enables mobility, with protection for
sensitive site surfaces.
The machine has a large vibrating screening area and is capable of handling a variety of materials including topsoil, sand, gravels, and stone / rubble. The screen box changes quickly and easily - from grizzly bars to woven meshes or piano wire screens. There is also huge clearance between the top and bottom decks which encourages smooth production flow.

in the UK.
The 3000CT is a high output but ultra portable screener. Shipping is easy, as this powerful machine can automatically compact to be transported by lorry. It has a powerfull Deutz diesel engine (39.9 KW; 53HP).
The weight of the machine is approximately 10.5 tonne. Screens are easy to change and the machine comes with a full parts back-up service.
